Oral LD50n for Rats= 2800 mg/kg
Biochemistry:
Inhibits mitochondrial ATPase, which result in interruption of
normal mite metabolism and respiration.
Mode of Action :
Non-Systemic
acaricide with predominantly contact action; some additional action by
inhilation it has long term persistence.
Users:
Propargite is used in fruit tree, vegtebles, ornomental
plant.
Its non-miscible with emulstion oil
Its recommended at 1 L/1000L for fruit trees
and at 1L/ha in cultivation such as maize, sugarbeet and soybeen
Since
it may indicate burning sign in citrus, bean, rose, pear and strawberry avoid using
propargite in these crops.

Phenobarbital
